This project had me spearheading the strategy and development efforts for a groundbreaking creator revenue center within the Web3 landscape known as Cybertino Labs.
I originated innovative advertising avenues for brand operations in the Web3 space, pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing and establishing strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Metaverse Architects and Animal Concerts.
My responsibilities extended to managing business development initiatives and fostering partnerships with renowned brands.
To ensure our initiatives remained at the forefront of the ever-evolving industry, I diligently stayed abreast of emerging trends, platform policies, and up-and-coming creators. This allowed me to provide valuable insights and recommendations, enabling our team to adapt marketing strategies effectively.
Additionally, I actively collaborated with creators facilitating the discovery and monetization of brand partnerships and opportunities. By analyzing audience demographic, engagement metrics, and content performance, I implemented strategic approaches to enhance creators' visibility within their target audience, employing data-driven insights to identify optimal brand collaborations.
